Jarrow Focus is the latest addition to the Council's leisure portfolio boasting:

• Newly refurbished gym

Jarrow Focus is proud to be part of the Leisurewatch scheme. This provides training and support to our staff to help them recognise concerning behaviour and act to stop it, making our public spaces safer for all of us.

Gym at Jarrow Focus

Jarrow Focus gym has four distinct areas; power, stretch, cardio and a family area which includes a cardio wall and interactive equipment, as well as the rig as the centrepiece.

There are also a number of functional items including weighted sand bags, a battle rope, slam balls and kettlebells. 

You must be aged 14 or over to use the gym.

• Get Active Discount Card Holder: £5.65
• Get Active Plus Discount Card Holder: £3.10

Junior:

• Non member: £5.15

Carer / helper:

• Non member: £1.85
• Get Active Discount Card Holder: £1.85
