The five story building, visible from the A19 and only minutes from the A1, has office space available from 13sqm to 67sqm on easy in, easy out flexible terms.

The centre provides state of the art ICT services to support businesses of all types and sizes.

Professional meeting facilities are available for business meetings at The Quadrus Centre.

Reception is manned for visitors and security personnel on-site outside of working hours.

Access for those based at the centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A virtual office service at The Quadrus Centre is an alternative to a permanent office, available with access to a hot-desk resource.

If The Quadrus Centre is right for your business, we will organise a rental agreement for you to sign, and request a deposit payment - equivalent to one month's rent.

Before you can occupy you will need to have Public Liability Insurance.

Contents insurance is at your discretion.

How to pay your rent

Rent is payable to South Tyneside Council on a monthly basis by standing order.

How long your rental agreement lasts

The Quadrus Centre operates very easy-in, easy-out terms.

You will sign a three year rental agreement, however only one month's full written notice is required if you wish to move out.

• Voicemail and call diverts - Calls can be forwarded to any mobile or landline number in the UK. The system also includes a voicemail system with the ability to pick up messages remotely.
• Internet connection
  Dedicated high speed broadband is available in each office, included in the monthly rent.
• Rack space
  Up to 3 units of rack space can be allocated per business (subject to availability) within the Communications Room. There is no extra charge.
• Remote access
  Remote access to networks managed from The Quadrus Centre can be arranged.
• Static IP address
  Static IP addresses are available.
• Wireless network
  The Quadrus Centre operates a wireless internet service within all meeting rooms, public areas and the cafe which is free of charge.

Access to The Quadrus Centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via your own security fob

The fob gives you entry to the car park and building.

Reception and the switchboard are staffed during normal office working hours Monday to Friday.

Security will be on-site at all other times.

In a prestigious location that provides excellent transport links through South Tyneside, The Quadrus Centre offers a great base for access to Tees Valley, Durham and Newcastle / Gateshead.

Overlooking the Testos Roundabout on the A19, the offices are only a mile from the Tyne Tunnel.

The A184 connects directly to the A1 and provides the gateway to local of Newcastle.

Bus routes

Main bus routes into Boldon from South Tyneside, Sunderland and Newcastle provide a good public transport service to and from The Quadrus Centre.

Cafe Bar One provides The Quadrus Centre tenants and visitors with a comfortable area to relax and enjoy a coffee, sandwich or a hot meal.

The informal surroundings are ideal for holding a small business meeting, or taking a break from the office.

Friendly staff serve freshly prepared food to be enjoyed in the cafe, back in the office or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake.

The cafe is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
