Activities

• Baby Massage - for babies from birth to 6 months old (Mondays, 1.30pm to 2.30pm, for 4 weeks. Please call the centre to book your place).
• Kalma Baby Yoga - Sessions take place on a Thursday at 10am to 11am for 6 weeks old to crawling, and 11am to 12noon for mobile to 3 year olds. To book a place e-mail victoria@southtyneside.kalmababy.co.uk or search for South Tyneside KalmaBaby on Facebook.
• St. Johns Ambulance - First Aid Awareness Course
  • This is a paediatric first aid course which highlights how to respond in the first instance when first aid is required (focus children under 1 year).
  • Areas covered - Choking Baby, Bleeding, Convulsions, Resuscitation (Baby), Unconscious Baby Breathing / Not Breathing, Burns, Recovery Positions.
