Overview

A free helpline run by trained sleep advisors to talk to people about their sleep issues.

Advisors can talk to:

  • young people
  • parents
  • adults (including older people)

The helpline is open 5 nights a week.


Support available

Many of the sleep advisors are specialists in working with SEND.


Who can access the service

There is no referral criteria.


How to access the service

The helpline is open Sunday to Thursday, 7pm to 9pm.
