This session is designed to support schools choosing a Core Induction (CIP) or School-based induction programme (SBIP) to deliver Induction successfully.
Content:
- To consider strategies for Trauma informed practice
- To consider strategies for building academic resilience
- To understand the importance of building and protecting positive relationships - restorative conversations
- Motivating pupils and raising aspirations
