For those who would like an insight into the basic essentials of First Aid delivery or experience a taster in First Aid to see if you would like to gain more in-depth knowledge, then this is the course for you.

This one-day course covers:

• emergency life support techniques which equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills required to deal with an emergency situation
• First Aid Aims & Priorities
• Incident Management
• Basic Life Support
• The conscious casualty
• The un-conscious casualty
• Resuscitation
• Shock
• Bleeding
• Health & Safety

Please note successful candidates will be issued with a certificate of attendance.
