Who is it suitable for?

The course is for anyone looking to improve their job search and interview skills. Each unit is can be completed as a stand-alone module however working through each module in the suite will build on your knowledge and further develop your skills.

This course is for those aged 19+. 

An in depth look at telephone and video interviews, group interviews, presentations, in-tray exercises and psychometric tests covering aptitude, dexterity, situational judgement and personality tests. 

This unit is designed to help you to be prepared for different interviews and selection tests. We will ask you to think about some of the questions you may be asked and practice preparing responses to these. Many employers need to visually observe potential candidates completing task to assess their skills, practical and team working ability for a role. During this time, employers are using video calls and / or selection tests in order to assess candidates in an efficient and safe manner.

The aim of this course is: To provide guidance on different types of interview / test styles as well as developing own responses and approaches to successfully secure employment.
