(Eligibility and personal characteristics) | The Level 2 Warehousing Routeway is aimed at 19+ unemployed learners wanting to gain employment in this growing, fast-paced sector. Learners will need to be able to undertake individuals and group activities, communicate with others and be willing to learn new skills. |
| What will I study? (Key modules or content) | The course comprises two L2 qualifications - Warehousing and Lean Management Techniques - and a L1 Health and Safety course. This combination provides learners with the blend of theory and practical skills that will make them attractive candidates for our partner employers. |
| What are the entry requirements | For any learners under 23 a full Level 2 would be required and all learners would need to return at least an Entry Level 3 English and Maths result at initial assessment. |
| Requirements of the course e.g. personal protective equipment, tools, materials | All teaching and learning resources will be provided by Orangebox. |
| Progression and Careers | The programme will culminate with guaranteed job interviews with local employers and progression into appropriate job vacancies. Any learners unable to make immediate progression will be given ongoing IAG and support to find alternative progression routes. |
