South Tyneside Scribe - Family Drawing Workshop
Come and learn the skills to be your own South Tyneside Scribe!
Join Laura Fitton to create your own documentary drawings of life in the area.
Through drawing on location, you will channel your creativity to create a series of images.
Somewhere between an artist and a private detective, you will chase down leads, learn drawing tips and explore what makes South Tyneside special.
No drawing experience required.
This activity will involve standing and walking for periods of time, as well as being outdoors whatever the weather.
The sessions will take place the following dates, times and locations:
- Monday 22 August, 10.30am to 12noon at Jarrow Focus Library
- Tuesday 23 August, 2 to 3.30pm at Hebburn Central Library
- Wednesday 24 August, 10.30am to 12noon at Cleadon Park Library
- Thursday 25 August, 1 to 2.30pm at The Word
This event is free but booking is required.
Suitable for children aged 8+ and their families.
Spaces need to be booked for both children and adults attending.
