WRITE Festival: The Wednesday Heritage Club Presents... The Lost Fort of South Shields

Alex Croom, Keeper of Archaeology at Arbeia South Shields Roman Fort, will be joining us to discuss the arrival of the first Romans in the area and the evidence of occupation before the building of the stone fort in 163.
