You can contact us Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding Bank/Public holidays) on 0191 424 6345. A voicemail is available when staff are in meetings, or are busy supporting other families. Please leave a message, with your contact details, and we'll get back in touch as soon as possible.
If you prefer, you can complete an online referral form and we will get in touch once this has been received and reviewed by a member of the team.
