1. Appeal Information:
  
  Please note that you can only request an appeal form for a school once your child has been refused a place. Please complete and return to the School Admissions Team, Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE33 2RL by the deadline date of 4.30pm on Tuesday 25 April 2023.
2. Appeal requests for Academies should be made by contacting the school directly. Appeal forms will be sent out where requested on Wednesday 26 April 2023.
