• Licensees will receive discounted meeting room charges
• Prices are available on request
• All charges are exclusive of VAT
• Up to 4 hours will be charged as half a day and over 4 hours will be charged as full day
• Prices include use of SMART board, overhead projector, video conferencing equipment and internet access
• Refreshments and catering can be ordered via reception
• Registered charities will receive a 20% discount on room booking charges
