Privacy notice: Platinum Jubilee Community Grant

This notice provides additional privacy information regarding the application form for the Platinum Jubilee Community Grant.

For the purposes of Data Protection legislation, South Tyneside Council is the Data Processor.

We need to collect the organisation information in order to process your request and provide the grant funding.

No one except our Council Administrator.

7. How long will we keep your personal information?

We will hold your personal information relating to community grant application request for 6 months. At the end of this period, it will be deleted unless there is any special reason for keeping it.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Information provided for the platinum community grant application is held securely on our network. Only system administrators have access to this information.
