About this publication
This policy has been written to support residents in a sustainable way and to meet the housing and support needs of households as effectively as we possibly can.
Our aim is to make the best use of our housing stock for the benefit of the whole borough. This includes working closely with our neighbouring authorities and other partners that make up Tyne and Wear Homes.
