If The Quadrus Centre is right for your business, we will organise a rental agreement for you to sign, and request a deposit payment - equivalent to one month's rent.

Before you can occupy you will need to have Public Liability Insurance.

Contents insurance is at your discretion.

Included in your agreement at The Quadrus Centre is:

• Cleaning, heating and lighting of public areas
• On-site car parking
• Out of hours access with on-site security and remotely monitored CCTV
• Telephone line and one handset
• Internet connection
• Full waste management service, including recycling

How to pay your rent

Rent is payable to South Tyneside Council on a monthly basis by standing order.

How long your rental agreement lasts

The Quadrus Centre operates very easy-in, easy-out terms.

You will sign a three year rental agreement, however only one month's full written notice is required if you wish to move out.
