If South Shields Business Works is right for your business, we will organise a rental agreement for you to sign, and request a deposit payment.

Your deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.

Before you can occupy, you will need to have Public Liability Insurance. Contents insurance is at your discretion.

What your monthly rent includes

Included in your agreement at South Shields Business Works is:

• Out of hours access with on-site security and remotely monitored CCTV
• Council business rates
• Cleaning, heating and lighting of public areas

• Full waste management service, including recycling

How long your rental agreement lasts

South Shields Business Works operates very easy in, easy out terms.

You will sign a three year rental agreement, however only one month's notice is required if you wish to move out.

How to pay your rent

Rent is payable to South Tyneside Council on a monthly basis by standing order.
