If Jarrow Business Centre is right for your business, we will organise a rental agreement for you to sign, and request a deposit payment - equivalent to one month's rent.

Before you can occupy you will need to have Public Liability Insurance. Contents insurance is at your discretion.

What's included in your monthly rent 

Included in your agreement at Jarrow Business Centre is:

• Workspace rental (office or unit).
• Professional, friendly reception services.
• Utility costs in all offices. For manufacturing units, light assembly units and craft units these are additional charges payable monthly.
• Council business rates.
• Cleaning, heating and lighting of public areas.
• On-site car parking.
• Out of hours access with on-site security and remotely monitored CCTV.
• Dedicated telephone line.
• Full waste management service, including recycling.

How long your rental agreement lasts

Jarrow Business Centre operates easy-in, easy-out terms.

You will sign a three year rental agreement, however only one month's notice is required if you wish to move out.

How to pay your rent

Rent is payable to South Tyneside Council on a monthly basis by standing order.
