This document is the classroom lesson observation policy for Skills South Tyneside.
The aim of observation is to raise the quality of learning to be outstanding throughout the service.
It is the responsibility of the provider to make sure that scheduled courses run according to Skills South Tyneside records or notify Skills South Tyneside that the courses are not running.
