Overview
Our problem solving sessions are aimed at group work and thinking outside of the box.
Each session will last 2 and a half to 3 hours and will be structured to meet your needs. Team building qualities are selected and combined in a programme which utilises a variety of our team building facilities, with the added benefit of low key reviewing sessions.
Both mental and physical challenges are carefully chosen to reinforce learning objectives and the level of activity is always well within the capabilities of individuals.
Our aims are to develop people, build the team and then improve team performance.
Our professional team have been delivering these courses for over 20 years. We are experienced in both providing complete courses ourselves or complementing events arranged by other organisation.
As the course will be developed to your needs, we will discuss with you what you need to bring with you.

Prices start from £130 per group and includes:
- entrance to facilities
- full instruction
- equipment
- risk assessment
- insurance
Health and safety
All staff who deliver the activity are South Tyneside Council employees who have:
- appropriate safeguarding training
- a current enhanced CRB check
- a full first aid certificate
- the appropriate qualifications to deliver the activity
All equipment and buildings needed for the activity meets standards required by the industry.
We take the health and well being of our groups as a priority and take all reasonable steps to make sure this happens.
