Anyone with home care needs.
How to access the service
The agency provides a service for people who living in Horsely Hill, Whitburn or Cleadon and have been assessed by Adult Social care and meet the national eligibility criteria see who will provide your home care.
For further information on eligibility see Request support with care.
If the person does not meet the national eligibility criteria, the agency can provide a service to support the person with daily living tasks by private arrangement. This service would be funded by the person.
