Local Neighbourhoods Scheme (funding for local projects)

Before you apply, please read the operating procedures and the terms and conditions.

If you are seeking funding for a community event you must provide an event safety plan. 

If you are seeking more than £500, or funding to purchase equipment: 

• you must seek funding via the South Tyneside Community Funding website before applying for funding from the Local Neighbourhoods Scheme
• we also strongly advise you to apply for funding from the Community Foundation before applying for funding from the Local Neighbourhoods Scheme
